Forest Fables at Forest Fables at Mottistone Manor is an indoor, site-specific show to ignite the imaginations of families, coming to the West Wight this Christmas. Audiences will come across captivating, clever and curious creatures ready to impart their tales in this promenade piece of theatre. Forest Fables at Mottistone Manor aims to inspire each child to become a custodian of the earth by showing the magic of Nature and her helpers.

Naiads Foundry (in partnership with the National Trust and Greengage Ventures), the company behind the show, is a team of makers harking from across the creative and theatre worlds. The team even includes Emmy and Golden Globe-nominated film composer Rolfe Kent (Stan and Ollie) and Olivier-nominated designer Samuel Wyer (Lazuli Sky, Birmingham Royal Ballet).

The show is designed in line with Covid-19 restrictions. In line with government guidance, all audience members over the age of 11 will be required to wear a mask, unless exempt and temperatures will be taken on arrival. A socially distanced performer or volunteer will accompany one bubble per performance, following a clear, one-way system through the house.

Please note that should a show be cancelled because of changes to government guidelines, tickets will be refunded.
